Three Days After Christmas

[The delay is a reasonable one, given he needed time to FIND where Archer lived. But there will be a BIG box delivered to his house with gifts, each individually wrapped in snow man and woman paper. He doesn't know all of Archer's Pokemon, but from what he had known, he does have gifts... Large bones to chew on for Houndour and Houndoom. A shiny necklace of Amber beads for Misdreavus and a nice telescoping perch for Golbat that has a soft cat bed affixed to the top. And, for Archer, a note.

You worked hard that day against the OTO. So did they. I hope the new season finds them all healthy and well and happy. For you I didn't know what to get, so I hope this gift card for fifty dollars should help you buy something you need. And if you ever need help, reach out. I owe you one.

[ Upon receiving the gift Archer found himself quite impressed. Not with the gift itself, but that David had found his location. After what happened with his last apartment he had specifically chosen to keep his current residence difficult to find. He'd had quite enough of pests showing up and wrecking his things.

With that thought in mind, him impression of David was not only proven, but exceeded. Very rarely had he partnered with anyone as competent as him, especially not someone who was also quite soft. That was the nature of Rocket in many ways, however, and it could hardly be changed that the organization was largely comprised of those whose best use came in numbers.

For the moment he turned his thoughts away from what he would do with the gifts - the perch would be admittedly quite useful, as he had little chance to create something himself for the large bat - and turned instead to his desk.

On New Years day David would find a letter in his mailbox from Archer, or rather, 'Apollo Akagawa', as his personal letterhead referred to him. ]

I thank you for the gifts. My Pokémon are sure to appreciate them as much as I do. I found your performance on the field to be excellent, and your competence to be both reassuring and deeply appreciated. I would like to extend the same offer to you, should you need aid in the future I would be happy to assist.
